The Flashers

Today it rained harder and longer than it has in years….and of course my appointments were an hour away. Not that I care about driving in weather. I have been for over 30 years for work. But today something happened that I cannot figure out. Normally, I see drivers using their flashers when they are going slow for some reason. But today for some reason I saw people using their flashers…..but they were going the speed limit! What in the world does that mean. Why would you use your flashers if you are going the speed limit? I don’t get it.
